Accountable and Transparent
CCF is a small non-profit with big impact. In 2023, 97 cents of every dollar donated went directly to our programs in Nepal. We are 100% volunteer-run and work hard to operate efficiently so we can maximize your donations. We take accountability to our donors seriously. Read on to see where your money goes.
2023: huge milestones achieved
This year, we let fly two programs we have nurtured – and which have nurtured us – from the very beginning, the Girl’s Education Program and the Baseri Clinic. After years of hard work and collaboration, we now pass full control where it was always destined to be: the hands of our Nepali partners. Learn more about this and the incredible growth of our menstrual hygiene program!
2022: successes & new partnerships
This year, we celebrated the metamorphosis of our oldest project, the Baseri Clinic, and the successful culmination of one of our biggest endeavors to date: the Girl’s Education Endowment. We commemorated new relationships that emerged out of the pandemic and so much more. Take a read!
2021: tapping into our conscious connections
With the pandemic continuing to weigh on Nepal, the need has been great. We listened to this and responded in many capacities. Don’t miss this annual report, it’s jam packed with great things happening to bring relief and empowerment to women and girls throughout Nepal!
2020: A Year of resilience
During 2020, as Nepal underwent strict lockdowns and shortages of basic necessities, CCF’s work looked a little different than usual. The biggest barrier to girls attending school became COVID-19, and the biggest health crisis for many—alongside the pandemic—was hunger. The relationships we have, and the nature of our work means that if we want to continue pursuing our mission, we need to address these kinds of critical and emergent issues first.
Over the last year, CCF did just that.
2019: MEANINGFUL, EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS
The base that we continue to build in Nepal and in the US through our relationships does nothing but get stronger, even as the world gets stranger.
Young people in Nepal are stepping into leadership of programs with great enthusiasm and insight which has made 2019 truly impactful. Their growth and involvement is proving to be the key to effective work now as we face the pandemic, and great change in 2020.
2018: GAINING MOMENTUM
2018 was an exciting year for CCF! Our education programs continued going strong, and as part of our Earthquake Relief, we achieved completion of the Kirtipir Weavers Workshop. We saw interest and demand for more menstrual health trainings throughout several areas and have been growing this program steadily. Your donations are working hard and changing lives!
